My wife has taken this product in order to decrease the recurrence of UTI. And it does it with great success, for not having any issues in the last 8 months. But this came with the big caveat: you should take at least 4g as a daily dosage in order to have this effect. And also this product has a very good ratio from the point of view of price per quantity value!

This is something I take every day to keep chronic UTI away and it's a life saver. Lucky that it's a well-priced item, the quantity and price are very favourable as I need to buy it in a good quantity. I have been using D-Mannose for many years, maybe decades, even before D-mannose became well known. This D-mannose worked well for my bladder leaks, probably a result caused by some germs inside. I had read that it cleans the bladder walls from all germs and that must have happened to me also. I had enough to keep some for later use and gave it to someone else with the same problems. I like that it is a powder, so you can dose as needed [small teaspoon first thing in the morning in a glass of lukewarm water did it. I continued a few weeks to be sure it was over. Thank you iHerb!

For those who regularly take D-mannose, this brand currently has the best price per ounce. Taken regularly, it has reduced severity and frequency of UTIs for a paraplegic who uses an intermittant catheter

Huge packet for a good price. Doesn’t dissolve as easily as others I have tried but it’s ok. Great to have on hand for bladder infection!

High quality of ingredients. Size and dosage are on the package. No taste but great benefits . I use 1 tea spoon before night time bed time . It’s good to keep the bladder healthy . That’s important getting older .

The product arrived in perfect shape. The daily dosage is very easy to take since it has no taste and you can mix it in anything. I take some out of the bag to put in a smaller container as that makes it easier to dispense rather than trying to stick my hand down in the bag each time to get out half teaspoon or so that I take. It has a scoop included but I chose not to use that.

This is a great quality ingredient. Lately, I felt I had an UTI and took a tsp of this a few times a day. I could feel the benefit after taking that dosage. The taste was fine. I was very impressed with the product.
