I've taken this product for a few months and really feel it's helped me. Especially with sleep. First time ordering on Amazon though. My first bottle I got from my doctor. So we'll see if it's the same. This bottle is plastic my first was glass. Hope it doesn't make a difference.

I bought Omegavail's fish oil because I was told that fish oil with a higher ratio of DHA to EPA can help with ADD / ADHD. Also Omegavail was specifically mentioned as a quality brand. They did help me concentrate a bit more than my normal brand, but they're also a lot more expensive, so I wouldn't get them again.
