I have been trying it for 2 days, since I am a very sensitive person, I will have pee pain like UTI after taking most kinds of the supplements and have to give up! However this one doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable! So I can say so far so good! And I can tell that this supplement is in very good quality, hope It can make me get healthier!
I like the formulation of this product which includes Vitamins D and K1 and K2. K2 is naturally produced by the human body and believe this provides synergistic effect to build bones more effectively. Previously taken non-combined vitamin D and whilst it raised my Vitamin D status did not appear to impact bone density. Product quality is good as its formulation also includes GG (Geranyl geraniol) which is used to make K2 in turn.
Excellent quality product—combining D3 with both K1 and K2 saves me from taking multiple different supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow and the ingredient profile is super clean!

I would love to start with that—it’s one of my go-to brands for supplements, especially prenatal. I feel like it’s a high-quality, trusted brand. Next time, I’ll probably go with liposomal vitamin D, since my body seems to respond better to liposomal forms.
