I’ve been using it for a while and it leaves my mouth feeling fresh. However, I don’t know if this is related (my dentist said it wasn’t) but I lost a crown and had to recement it. Also I’m concerned about spitting the coconut oil down the drain.. feels like it would be a clogging risk, so you probably need to spit it out in the trash can.
I used it for two days and I saw benefits in the morning as I had fresher breath and teeth felt more clean. First time I oil pull and I get the hype. Good quality product and I like that the package has a toothbrush included. No sensitivity so far. I will get bigger size too as this one will last about a month.

I like this one better than the the original tasting version of the mint. The size is the typical from an oil pulling kit. And the price is about the same for the original flavor. So if you’re not a big mint fan this might be a good fit for you for oil pulling.
Guru Nansa Oil Pulling is a bit unusual to swish in the mouth at first, but not unpleasant. Important: don’t spit it down the drain—it can clog pipes. I like that it has added vitamins, the taste is great, and it cleans my teeth really well. My teeth also feel less sensitive to hot and cold.
