Great fat burner for night use. I feel my sleep quality has increased and fall asleep easier. Safe ingredients and the size of pills is ok, easy to swallow, no weird taste. But of course you have to have a good diet and exercise in the day too. Been repurchasing it again and again
I am using in conjunction with exercise and diet. I have lost weight, can't pinpoint whether its this supplement, but it definitely hasn't hurt. YMMV.

I take this every night about a half hour before I intend on falling asleep , it helps , without any side effects when I wake in the morning I feel ready to go through the day , highly recommended product and prices are fair
I am not a workout person, so I decided to reduce to dosage as I think I might not be able to burn out the effect. Yet it works on me well, slowly but good enough effective. I am satisfied.

While you're not going to drop a ton of weight using these they do help. I am on a low carb diet anyway, but I notice a difference between when I have these and when I don't. It seems I lose weight a little easier when I have them and the scale doesn't bounce back and forth as much.
Third time reorder this product, fast delivery, good nicely stored and bubble wrap packed. I sleep much better, enjoying deep sleep, really good energy when I wake up! I started to take 3 recommended in the first mth, feeling a right and will adjust the intake. It helps me to have better deep sleep.
I like sleep fit quality ingredients as it is non stimulant and helps you fall asleep easier at night. No side effect when i take my menopause supplement together with this . The only thing i don’t like is the size of the soft-gel. It is big but at least it is smooth. A bit early for me to see the benefits with fat as i’ve only taken this for 2 weeks, will continue for 2 months and see if this helps with fat burner.
