Solid quality with standardized ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow, but because the recommended use is three per day, the bottle finishes sooner than expected. It provides a good benefit, but I’m still considering whether to stick with this one or try a different brand after I finish this pack.

This supplement works as it's expected. I took it for my joint health and I noticed that the pain went away pretty quickly. The only thing I don't like about turmeric for myself is that it contains salicylates and it lowers my body temperature, which is naturally how turmeric works in the body. So I was not able to add this as a daily supplement to my routine just because it made my feet very cold, but it does work for joint pain.
