There's not many supplements that NOTICEABLY work, but Super Amino Night is one that really does! I take 4 caps on a empty stomach 30 minutes before bedtime and I'm out like a light. They are tablets, not capsules and do not slide down easy. Just make sure you look at the size they are prior to ordering if you have difficulty swallowing large tablets. Ive actually coated them with coconut oil to make it easier.
