The first couple of times I sealed the whole and had flushing in an hour or 2. the flushing just flooded my body but then I started taking the powder out of the capsule; taking it slow and it kept the flushing very low. overall this stuff is great quality especially for the size. yes the potency is great 👍🏽
This is a capsule type the size is a bit big but I do open the capsule since it is ,a 500mg dosage. I do get a niacin flush and a burst of energy ,say after 20 min after I take niacin for Cholestrol levels. There is no aftertaste in my mouth and the quality and the ingredients nicotinic acid are great for Lipid levels.This is different from Niacinamide which is great for joint pain.
Good quality and a little large but that’s how niacin is. So far no flushing and still feeling good. Provides energy and helps metabolism. Will keep taking it for a few months and review.

Great quality with great ingredients pill size is medium. This is Niacin flush version so for the effect skin will become red and itching but those symptoms will go away in 20 minutes and that means it’s benefiting the body and I have been using it for years packaging is good
