This is my energy booster ! I use a capful in my morning beverage every day . It has no flavour that I'm aware of and mixes into my hot drink easily , while giving it a nice creamy texture . It's a lot of powder for a great price,too. I also give a little to my dogs, mixed into their wet food dinners.....so we're all benefiting from the boost to our metabolisms .

This MCT powder is perfect in my morning caffeine fix. I mix it in using a milk frother, and get an appealing foamy top on my coffee, without messing about with dairy creamer. Makes a very smooth tasting cuppa to start my day right. I have a very bad case of IBS, but this MCT oil powder doesn't irritate my condition at all. The one pound package lasted me just over a month, using a single scoop once daily. Excellent for anyone needing a little more than just coffee in the morning, especially when doing intermittent fasting.

1. i use it as a coffee creamer in AM when fasting. 2. I likely use only smaller amounts as i don't want the calorie burden. 3. bypassing the carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1 (CPT-1) transporter required by long-chain fatty acids. 4. I have Nf1 which theoretically has those traditional pathways altered. 5. purpose is to decrease perceived fatigue after exercise.

you get quality ingredients with nutri cost at a great deal. I like that there's no taste and I had a scoop of this to my Greek yogurt and kefir every morning. the size of the scoop is about a tablespoon and you get a good amount of MCT oils that help with your energy and brain focus.

This is by far one of the best price products out there in terms of MCT oil powder. Ingredients are simple, but they contain a milk product – sodium caseinate which I was not expecting. I know this can cause sensitivities in certain people so I try to avoid it, and that's the only reason for the lower rating. otherwise big size for the price!

Very good product. Easy to mix and disolve in my coffee. I replace milk in my coffee in my semi-keto diet. Price is good too.
