These flakes are fantastic for a foot spa, especially after a long, tiring day. I love dissolving them in warm water for a relaxing soak. They effectively soothe my tired muscles and leave my feet feeling rejuvenated. Overall, I highly recommend!!
This was the best value I could find on the internet for Magnesium Chloride flakes. I wanted it to use in the bath for healing skin irritations and also for nervous system relaxation. I combined it with some Epsom salts, and was quite pleased with the effect. Mag. chloride is much better absorbed through the skin than Epsom salts.
I am a first time buyer of this product from this brand, and I was very satisfied with the amount of product and also the quality of product I can already see visible changes and I am definitely going to continue to purchase. The mineral is very flaky and if you leave it on any surface, it will meltdown so be careful of that so you don’t waste product. I was able to mix the magnesium with water in a spray bottle for a refresher for my under arms. Works perfectly!
I love the size of this cause I can make magnesium oil and still have plenty left over for my bath. Takes away my muscle and joint stiffness and hormonal aches and pains.
