Got this for stomach and intestinal health. It is good quality and has many health benefits. The packaging is easy to open (but don’t use too much force otherwise it flies everywhere when it opens) and the dosage is simple.

I actually got this for my dog. She has a lot of health issues that link back to gut health. I haven’t had the nerve to try it myself because of the smell. But I will try to find a way to use it for myself. It just seems like it won’t be palatable for me. I might try a tea version instead or really dilute it instead of making a goop.

This is the third brand of slippery elm bark I've tried for digestive health, and it's the only one that works consistently. Just remember to drink it right away after you mix it because it really does become slippery when wet!

Love this slippery elm powder for my gut health! Mixing it properly with water will determine its effectiveness. Slowly mix a tablespoon of warm water in with powder and mix until it forms a gel. Add more water a little at a time and stir well. No clumps and it thickens into a gel. If you mix it wrong, it won’t gel.

This product has been a life saver for me and people I know that has had issues with constipation. It is so smooth, does not cause pain or any discomfort, just help your digestive system to work normal, as it is supposed to, again. Taste a bit woodsy but I like it!

The quality of the ingredients is superior. It has a lot of benefits especially if you are sick or if u have a sore throat. It tastes acceptable u won’t feel it in the recipe. The dosage depends on the quantity and the size of what you’re making.

You have to put a teaspoon in a small saucepan with 250ml or so water and bring gently to boil stirring constantly until drooping. Then cool and add a tablespoon of that droopy elm to your dog’s meal daily. Not sure what it does but many source say good for respiratory upkeep needs. We stop for a month and continue the next month. A lot of work. Would be nice if one could just mix it with all the needing to boil. But then you don’t get the full benefits.
