This spore-based probiotic is a game-changer. I started it during gut repair after antibiotics and noticed a huge difference in digestion and bloating within a week. The addition of herbal ingredients for mucosal support makes it more comprehensive than basic probiotics. Expensive but worth every capsule, no refrigeration needed either.
A great form of probiotics. I was going specifically for spore-based probiotics as I wanted to try something more "advanced". They have been working for me as my gut problems have improved and I can also tell by my tongue being nice and pink instead of white. Definitely recommend! The only minus is the price point.

Proflora 4R is an excellent probiotic. It has top quality ingredients. I feel that it has been most helpful to my health. I will definitely cycle this probiotic into my routine. (I believe rotating to different probiotics is helpful to the gut.) This is certainly an easy way to improve gut function.
