I got this as a gift for a family member because that side of my family is very into homeopathy like myself. I thought the ingredients would suit the person I was giving it to, because he lives a very busy life. He could use the productivity boost, but also something to keep him calm under pressure or after a long day. He could use some improvement in his sleep so he's been especially enjoying the vervain in the package.

I've noticed a huge difference using these as needed! the quality is amazing and each one has such clean ingredients. I just wish I could get all of them but I've got to save sand get some little at a time.

I love Bach flower remedies! My bigger bottles are with alcohol, which I don't like very much. These are made with glycerine. The bottle is the perfect size for small bags and travel.
