Love this product. Mixes well. Good on its own in water. I use it before my workout and since I've been using it I've noticed my muscle finally building. I have better energy for my workout. Being a vegan, I struggle to get enough protein in my diet and Body Health's Perfect Amino is a high quality and delicious supplement, which I add to my bottle of water and drink throughout the day. It is especially helpful taken while exercising as it is utilized to build to build new protein, muscle and collagen. I particularly love the Vanilla flavour - even add to by Bullet coffee as it is also keto.

This is my third bottle. Use it 30min before training, and it gives me a boost of energy. I lift more and have more endurance. I add it to my coffee sometimes. Taste is fine, used to it now. Quality ingredients and should meet my protein needs.packaging and serving size are fine.

This amino suits me fine with its high content of protein. It mixes well with my freshly squeezed fruit juice, just using a spoon. It’s a good start of my morning. I bought this based on the recommendation of my sister and it is very good. It is packed with good stuff that I take and need. the quality is VERY good and it tastes really good.

At first, I did not like the taste; then I got used to it, and now I love it. I take it because my diet lacks protein and I need to grow muscle. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach it gives me energy instead of coffee

I take perfect aminos regularly before workout and usually they dissolve quite easy in hot liquids like coffee.

well I have used this brand now for a month and are pleased with it. I am ordering it again. energy levels and great with that extra boost when needed during training. muscle fatigue much lesser. quality realy good. the tast was ok. all items that I ordered was well packed and fast delivery.

Vanilla taste is strong, very sweet but i can still taste the bitterness of the amino acids. Just chug it down fast. It dissolves fairly easily but there will still be some crumbles of powder at the bottom. Do not notice any changes in energy or muscle but it's only been 1 week. 30 scoops can go down very fast if u take 2-3 scoops a day. I would prefer to buy the 60 scoops or 120 scoops which i hope iherb will carry one day. It's more affordable per scoop.

great supplement. I love it and cannot be without it. Skin, muscles and sleep improved. However, the taste in the vanilla flavour is a bit bitter. Nothing to worry about though.
