I have been using Rule One Proteins Lean™ (Pineapple Passionfruit) for a few weeks now, and it is easily one of my favorite non-stimulant weight management powders. The flavor is incredibly refreshing, crisp, and mixes instantly without any clumping. I love that I can take it before a late-night workout or to curb my evening cravings without worrying about getting jitters or staying awake all night. It definitely increases my body heat during cardio, which lets me know it is working. The only slight drawback is that it has a mild, warm aftertaste—likely from the metabolism-boosting pepper extracts—and the flavor leans just a bit artificial if you mix it too strong, but it is an awesome, versatile tool for fat loss!

It is good that it can be consumed late at night because it does not contain stimulating ingredients such as caffeine. The taste is not bad, but the downside is that it has a spicy aftertaste.
