as you can tell, we are huge huge fans of this mix in our household. it's so easy to prepare and use - we add milk and butter in ours and it tastes and smells divine! my husband has also started eating this on a daily and can't stop raving about it. add chocolate chips and you'll get a lovely homely chocolate chip pancake. you can also prepare this in so many different ways - so versatile. a cup serving makes for a lot of pancakes too. highly recommend!

because the recipe on the back required so little (only water), I was worried that the pancakes would be bland or flat. I needn't have worried. Flavourful pancakes and a really impressive, fluffy rise that did not deflate even after taking off the pan. Bob's Red Mill delivers every time! The ingredients are good and the pancakes came out tasty but for the price the size of the package was not big so keep it mind.

I really love the texture of this pancake! When you find the right consistency it will turn out fluffy, light and chewy! It was delicious with macadamia chocolate sauce and whipped cream! My whole family loves this even though it's a little bit pricey but it's very convenient to make.

I wanted my family to be able to make no fuss pancakes on their own. This product helps with that, but I probably would prefer the mix where you have to add an egg… maybe I’m old-fashioned. Still, this brand doesn’t disappoint.
