Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix, Whole Grain, 24 oz (680 g)

I wanted to try these after watching Gloyoyo on tiktok making her pancake bowls. I’ve never tried buckwheat pancakes before (they’re not popular in Ireland) but always wanted to. This blend is lovely, makes very hearty pancakes and I find them very filling. I find the buckwheat very easy on my tummy, and keeps me going for a good few hours. I have tried making pancake bowls but I prefer to make a little stack with this mix, it’s such a time saver. Overall I’m a big fan: great quality ingredients, sturdy packaging (shipped to Ireland) and yields a lot per bag.

We make the whole package, we add 1-2 mashed ripened bananas, 1/4 cup ground flax seeds, lots of walnuts or pepitas (or both), and a quart box of unsweetened coconut milk. We pour into a parchment lined sheet pan and bake. Cut into individual squares and serve. Everyone gets pancakes at the same time. Yeah

I have been on the hunt for the perfect waffle mix and this is the best I have tried. The waffles have a unique and great taste, and I feel better knowing they are much healthier than white flour. I feel good about the quality ingredients in these. I like trying different toppings with these, any topping I’ve tried goes well with the flavor. Almond butter, preserves, honey, strawberries. Highly recommend!

I’d recommend this mix if you want a more wholesome, higher-fiber pancake without giving up good texture and flavor. It's much more interesting nutritionally than a typical refined-flour pancake mix, while still tasting like an enjoyable pancake.

I have never had buckwheat pancakes before but my husband has said how much he loves them so I bought this. just made us pancakes and they were fabulous. the buckwheat flavor is mild, they Rose well to make a relatively fluffy pancake. I absolutely would purchase this product again for the pantry.
