This product has standardized Thymoquinone, that was used in clinical studies. Standardized to 3% of the main active ingredient - thymoquinone. In complex therapy, it helps regulate carbohydrate and fat metabolism very well, fights viruses, fungies and bacteria!
So far so good but I have not used for too long to see results. Easy to swallow. I hope it will help with my Hashimoto's autoimmune condition.
Trust Dr. Murray. This is the best form of black cumin seed oil available. It's the only studied form of this supplement. A great adaptogen for immune modulation. It also is an antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties. I use it for healthy immunity on an ongoing basis.
I've tried taking black cumin oil in liquid form and simply couldn't hack it. So capsule it is...no noxious taste. We'll be traveling by air to a cold clime in January, so I bought these primarily for protection and to try them. Have only taken one, but it sure went down easier than the liquid.
This blackseed oil is top notch quality. It is easy on the stomach, effective and has a reasonable price. After trying different brands, all very well known, I can say this is the BEST one I have tried so far. It is also clean, no additives and the oil is cold-pressed.
