The capsules size are large but not difficult to swallow or have any taste. I have not noticed any niacin flush effect after taking this. Unsure of any benefit so far.

Perfect product for someone who suffers from migraine, especially no flush niacin is perfect for someone who is allergic to standard niacin.

I take niacinamide to support my health, and adding this to my supplements has helped me sleep soundly at night and feel like I've had a good night's sleep. I haven't had any flushing, so I think it's an effective ingredient. I think I can continue taking it comfortably. The capsule size is standard and the quality is excellent.

These tablets are great for circulation if taken multiple times per day.

High dosage for good price which is a plus. Great for people that don’t like the flush effect, although if you like sauna, detox and extra blood circulation you might wanna consider the regular niacin. Niacin is great for NAD+ production and that’s why I mostly recommend it. Also has inositol - much needed vitamin for pcos girlies.
