Alright size quality and ingredient supplement but the package is not that great there’s no taste I haven’t noticed the benefits of digestion or gut or constipation or absorption yet . I think it takes a few weeks to notice a difference in the tummy bloating and gas and improved digestion.

It is basic zinc picolinate but the size is good and perfect dosage

The dosage is for daily use. I like the softgel size and it is easy to swallow. Normal taste and standard ingredient. I like it as a daily maintenance use and no worry about over dosage. The quality is good I will probably buy again for its convenience and quality.
