This is a good brand of Serrapeptase, and 500mg is a good amount. I take it 2x a day. It helps with my joint pain and inflammation. I have scleroderma and find that it helps preserve my organs from the scleroderma taking over. The price is very reasonable.
We had good strength serrapeptase in UK 80k and 120k strength it did miracles with certain conditions!!! Government banned 😡 there are no serrapeptase for sale in UK any more.
Logically if this can disintegrate cocoons, then the enzymes flowing around in the bloodstream may 'do something'.. well... the theory that it removes pigmentation or removes scars, seems invalid at this 60 capsule level, or they enzyme is 'dead', so it doesn't work. You need to check if enzymes are active in a petri dish with a microscope... well, or you can just aim for 2 capsules after dinner and " maybe it does something ". In brief - I noticed little, around the level of placebo like " almost nothing ".

Seems to really benefit with inflammation in my fingers and wrists due to compressed nerves in my back. The dosage I take is one a day, in the morning before breakfast. I took serraptatase before, but it made me nauseous and I had to discontinue. This particular brand has not, so I'm pleased. The quality seems good. The size capsule is easy to swallow.
Bought this for my sister who has been having kidney stones. Not sure if it was the main contributing factor, but her kidney stone pain went away greatly after taking this!
