I bought these as I'd run out of my usual brand and they are out of stock! I've no idea if they work as well as my preferred brand but these pills are massive and I have a lot of problems trying to swallow them. Photo to demonstrate scale with normal sized capsule.

I’ve read some articles that genistein is good for improving menopausal symptoms. I have been having breakouts during perimenopause. It seems to work for me as my acne breakouts have been improved after taking it for a week or two. My main issue with taking this is the size of the tablet which is too big to swallow.
