After trying many remedies, I finally started using biotin for my hair loss. After about 3 weeks, I noticed a significant reduction in the amount of shedding! These fast melts taste like SweetARTS (the candy), and dissolve quickly with no bitter aftertaste. The dose is a little on the high side, but after 5 years of losing hair, I'm okay with that!
