Excellent working drug. I have constant bloating and I can't eat cabbage and legumes, this fnrment helps me to do without a crisis. I don't know whether it is possible to take it constantly or not. But I buy it often. Although the capsules are small, I open the capsule and pour it on a spoon. Previously, I bought it only for digesting vegetables, after reading reviews, someone recommended it. So there is no need to take another drug in addition to fatty dishes and carbohydrates, this one turned out to be better.

I haven't taken enzyme regularly yet, but when I did, it seems that digestion was improved. I had a bit more of stomach/intestinal gas and better emptying. That seems as benefit for now as I'm trying to improve my gut health. HAven't really had any issues with taste - it's pretty much none/neutral.

I have struggled with GERD and other digestive issues. taking these makes a big difference. there are still junk foods I need to avoid altogether. but these cover me for most everything.

Excellent digestive aid. I've been using it for a long time. The capsules are medium-sized and almost tasteless. I take them because many vegetables cause bloating, but they also help digest carbohydrates and proteins. Excellent company. Thanks to the manufacturer and IHerb.

These are the best enzymes I’ve ever used, I take one a day with my largest meal. They have such a broad spectrum included it helps with anything you eat. Will always use these for my digestion.
