I've been taking berberine for my sibo symptoms for almost one month, and I can say the first week was tough! For my PCOS, Bererine is needed. It doesn't taste anything and it's easy to swallow. I can see it's been helping out with my PCOS symptoms helping my metablism and reducing my glucose level.

I started taking this with Bergamont from my cholesterol. I’ll have my blood work in two weeks and see how it works. I also read that it’s good to take it right before you eat and then in five minutes start eating and it’s effective.
