A great tonic, you feel it almost immediately and the effect builds up steadily over time. However ! It can be too warming. So, only 1 capsule for me per day. Up to 4 that is recommended might be too high (maybe not for professional athletes). Don't take it if you have a cold or flu and especially if you have fever.
I took it for knee and joint pain. Many years back, some calcium were made from Antler velvet and produced from New Zealand. However somehow it stop producing. Now since it is available i decided to try it and it helps by reducing all my joint pain caused by degeneration and the side effects from Covid jab. Fortunately, after taking this Antler Velvet (2 tablet per day) it eases the joint and especially my hips and knee. Hopefully it slow down the degeneration of all my joints
