tried this supplement because of the reviews that it is like ashwagandha, but it gives energy. I take it in the morning, often I feel sleepy but this keeps me awake. totally effective for me. I am also not taking it consistently, but when I do, I feel the effects.

I have started with 1 per day- did it 3 days. Didn’t feel a thing. Tried with 2 per day 3 days, nothing. I raised it up to 3 per day and I felt a bit more focused that day. I will combine with L- Tyrosine and report back. Just by itself personally I wouldn’t buy it again. Or I’ll try higher doses pills.
