I purchased this Magnesium Glycinate and it gave me good sleep after 2 or 3 times of used. Highly recommend for whom couldn’t sleep or not had enough sleep, be patient to take it then will see a lot of improve sleeping.

Magnesium glycinate absorbs fully and fast. my girls leg cramps disappeared since started taking it. Didn't have such an effect with other chemical formulas. I take two capsules after a good gym workout and recovery takes twice less the time. I also, like that it has no nasties like Maltodextrin. Very good product and concentration in my opinion.
This is a good magnesium supplement however the pricing is slightly on the higher side. Having said that this is high quality with Magnesium glycinate rather than the usual low absorption oxide.

This magnesium glycinate come with a good dose per tablet. It is very worth the price of it. I found it more effective than other magnesium glycinate products. It is also chelated which makes it more effective and easily absorbed. It helps a lot in muscle relaxing and deep sleep too.
