This capsules are meant to take only in emergecy. The package arrived perfectly and I hope I never need it. Keep one or two bottles in your household and read when to use it. This is a good quality supplement, take it wisely.
Haven't actually tried these and I hope I won't ever need to! But I bought them due to the long shelf life and the precise dosage tailored for emergencies, just in case. I couldn't find a better product for the specific use case on this site and elsewhere.
