This is the only Magnesium supplement I found with 3 active compound (glycinate, taurinate, and malate) and no oxide, which has low absorption and laxative effect. This is a new product I wanted to try that had all 3 mag's in it rather than just bisglycinate, and I like it. It doesn't upset my tummy and pairs well with my Vitamin D, B12, Zinc and K2 each day. Claims to be clean, so I will trust them. Good product.

I've been using this for about a month now and I can honestly say the effects have been great. Great quality and benefits. It helps me relax before going to sleep without making me feel overly drowsy. I also love that it's gentle on my stomach — unlike most magnesium glycinate I’ve tried. Plus, the fact that it’s a magnesium complex (ingredient) is a big win! Size and packaging is an advantage as well.

I used malate before alone and other magnisium types. but I found this product on iherb that has three types of magnisium in one capsule, which was great. it has 440mg and 150 capsules. excellent

It's good and I take it every night before I sleep. Im having a good time sleeping at night and it's quality is very important, a while package and have too much benefits. Good for the joint, muscle and hormone balance and it's taste is not that bad .
