Love the high concentrate formula for this product (1.5g per softgel as opposed to other products where a serving is 2 softgels). Ingredient is clean and it is made from small fish (sarnide, anchovy and mackarel) and mercury tested. Vanillin is added to remove fishy burps. Packaging is solid and of high quality, easy to store.
I am looking for an alternative omega 3 that has high dosage and of good quality that will be comparable to my other favorite brand - NN. I have known this brand since I used it before after a relative gave it to my family. And given that it is made from Australia, I trust how they are really doing an good job when it comes to their products. I am using omega for my dry eyes which happened to become severe when I have no stocks left. I am also experiencing some symptoms for perimenopause (late 30s here) and my research gave way that along with Vitamin D3, Magnesium Glycinate, Vitamin b complex and vitamin c, omega 3 is one of the most recommended to help with hormonal imbalance. Capsule has no fishy taste and it is not difficult for me to swallow. Having 400 capsules is enough for me to take it twice a day and have the other family members take 1 per day that will help last to 2-3 months.
