a lot of candy, however texture is a little grainy. Also, flavor is not great. I do recommend it because it's very potent with black cumin oil and it's a good vessel for people who needs it and can't take a capsule. Also, I ate it during class and it helped me stay sharper.

Honestly I did nt feel much different. I meant they are gummies so I figured it will be easier to get black seed oil on my system. These gummies are sweet but in terms of health nah! I think taking oil will be much better
