as much as I wanted to love it because of Lustriva I don think I'll buy it again firstly the amount of biotin is toooo much it made my skin oily so I only mix 1 spoon which takes me to the secon part..no scoop for this price so u know much u taking instead of guessing.
I notice changes in my hair when I start using this product. It takes some time that you notice changes but it has benefits for sure. Site could be bigger but quality is there for sure
I take this in addition to the vital proteins and also the on for skin to alternate. I take it in coconut water and like that taste combined!
I just tried Vital Proteins Hair Complex for the first time, and my initial thoughts are a bit mixed. The dosage is quite high, requiring three tablespoons, which means I’ll go through the bottle fairly quickly. I like that it’s made with natural ingredients aimed at supporting hair health, but I haven’t noticed any significant changes yet. The taste is tolerable, but I wish the serving size were smaller since I have to use so much each time. I’m curious to see if it makes a difference with longer use, but for now, I’m undecided since it’ll run out so quickly at this dosage
repeat buying for at least 3 times now. one of the better quality collagen peptide i've tried (at least seeing some visible results regardless of how minor it is). the additional biotin does make a difference for me personally, though whether the area of hair growth is your intentional target
