Not too bad. Just follow the instruction and made myself a cup of room temperature Goat milk. Tried using it to re-culture yogurt and turn out a little thin. Maybe I used too little powder? Will trial and error again.

very nice goat milk. very helpful to have in the kitchen..I use it for my kittens milk formula..its a bit pungent for my taste but I use it sometimes in pasta sauce..nice amount..have ordered twice
