Great high quality product. High amount of PS in it and transparent about the legitimate amount in each capsule. Highest amount in any supplement I've been able to find. They've subtly helped overtime to lower my high stress and cortisol. But it's not an immediate fix and must be paired with lifestyle changes. No negative side effects.

Looks like a pretty good formula, the jar should last a while as Im taking 1 capsule. From what I experienced with other brands it might take up to 3 months to experience effects.
