Resveratrol, 60 Capsules (300 mg per Capsule)

This brand of resveratrol was highly rated online for quality ingredients. To be honest, I have not noticed many changes from taking this brand. I take so many other anti-inflammatory supplements and have not noticed much from this. It is a bit expensive. One thing I have noticed as somebody who lives at high elevation and frequently out of breath, despite being in good shape as I do feel an improvement in my blood circulation. Other than that, it’s hard to tell. I know that this one is highly bioavailable, though and recommended for your heart and many other benefits.

SO FAR SO GOOD.... ONLY BEEN TAKING A WEEK, BUT WILL GIVE UPDATE IN MONTH... NO SIDE EFFECTS YET THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED. ENERGY K EVEKS SEEM TO GAVE IMPRIVED SLIGHTLY. STAY TUNED..
