Try this recipe: 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup sesame seeds 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 cup flaxseeds Salt Optional flavoring: Thyme Nigella Sativa Hot sauce/chilli Mix all then add 1 1/2 cup boiling water Mix well, spread and flatten on parchment paper then bake in an oven until crisp Takeout, let it cool, crack to smaller chunks. Serve it with egg and cheese as replacement for bread.
