Great quality and an excellent addition to most recipes. I use it in my stir fry vegetables, fried rice and salads to add more protein. It has a delicious mild nutty taste. The package is a good size and has lasted me a good while. I will be buying more.

Hemp seeds are so good for you!! The quality of this one is really great. I use these in smoothies, and you can sprinkle it on anything especially food that has sauce. the ingredients are good quality and the taste is that of typical Hemp seeds taste. the bag size is decent.

Love these, great taste, good for salads, yogurts, smoothies, great source of protein and Omega 3, so good if you're on a plant-based diet. I love that it's organic and the only ingredient with no additives, however it is a bit on the small side and rather pricey.
