I saw on Tik Tock that this is highly recommended for acne and skin and hair. I have bad hormonal cystic acne, and after 10 years of trying everything, I started taking this and my acne cleared up, which is normally near my chin. I didn’t expect it, but I don’t plan to stop taking it to see if it comes back. Good product for the win.
I take one capsule a day and can’t say if the quality is good or not but recently we were on a family gathering and my brother in law was sick, then my relatives also got the flu..but myself and my baby remained healthy. So I think it does a pretty good job
Deficiency suck.... i can onky hope this moved me up a level.. didn't have ny side effects, so i xould say these are cool. Until mt doctor visit.
Not sure if it’s a me thing but I get burps after this that kinda taste funny like when you eat something that’s old Not sure if that’s supposed to happen, I haven’t tried any other brands yet
I don’t know the quality of these pills- it’s hard to say when you don’t have a laboratory. The ingredients, not sure. Size of the pill is too big but fine. Dosage? I don’t know. So far I’ve seen no benefits except constant bloating- like… huge. And there’s no bad taste.
It’s hard for me to judge the quality of this supplement because after only a week of use my acne got so bad… I’m not lactose intolerant, but if you have problematic skin like me you should think twice before buying it. I didn’t see any benefits I expected. Size is ok, taste is ok
