I rarely leave negative reviews, but Petal Fresh Hair ResQ® Biotin Shampoo deserves serious warning. Despite its pleasant scent and generous bottle size, this formula contains polyquaternium-7—an anti‑static film former I believe is the culprit behind my noticeable hair shedding. After just a few washes, I experienced more breakage and thinning than ever before. If you value healthy, full hair, steer clear of this product: the risk of hair loss far outweighs any shine boost it promises.

It scent is nice and I like it. Cleansing is ok. But real problem is hair falls using it. I will not purchase again. It has polyquaternium 7 which adds film on hair for anti static. I think that is the culprit.

After use, hair feels softer and fine hairs start to grow. Continue using it.

It has a subtle scent and is easy to use. I think it leaves your skin feeling refreshed after washing.

I haven't seen a difference yet because I just started using it. The scent is lovely. I use it four times a week. The quality is excellent, the size is good, and it might be suitable for ages six months or older. The packaging is good. I haven't seen any change yet. The formula is excellent; it makes hair healthier and cleanses the scalp. It's sensitive, so I don't know if it causes irritation in some people, but I didn't experience any irritation. It provides good hydration.

It doesn’t have a bad or good scent its so good for moisturizing the hair but u should bot put it on ur scalp for sure the use is easy u just put it on ur hair and wash the size is really good it did benefit my hair the quality is good
