Simple and effective pill that works well for digesting gas inducing foods like beans, broccoli, cabbage, etc. Solaray has fun colorful packaging and great quality ingredients at a good price for the size! We also like the Bean Assist from Enzymedica, which contains the exact same digestive enzyme ingredient and is cheaper if you're on a budget. Will definitely re-purchase in the future.

I am taking this for bloating and gas, and feels there is some slight improvements. I have only taken this for 4 days, so hopefully the discomfort will ease up more.
