Really happy with this product. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong smell. I’ve noticed less stress and better sleep since taking it consistently. Solaray is a brand I trust and the 18x absorption formula seems to make a difference. Would definitely buy again.

After looking up different forms of ashwaganda I ended up on this one, I know some people use it for sleep but I use it for stress and it works much better than any other types I have tried in my opinion. My mood has been much better since I started it and I will continue to take it

I have been talking it for a month and I can confidently say that you have to listen to your body while taking it. I started off by having a capsule before bed and it made me alert, so I switched to talking in the mornings which boosted my energy levels.
