I’ve been taking Nobi Nutrition Magnesium Glycinate (60 capsules, 200 mg per capsule) daily and I’m really pleased with it. The quality feels excellent with a clean, well-absorbed form of magnesium that’s gentle on my stomach. I take one capsule at night, and I’ve noticed calmer muscles, better sleep quality, and less tension after long days. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the packaging is simple and keeps everything fresh — a solid addition to my nightly wellness routine.

These things not only make you sleepy without being any type of drug but the sleep they induce is notably more stable than other aid's. I take 2 almost every night and they work both on their own and in collaboration with other approaches. At any rate i notice they make that 3+ hour rebound effect of melatonin and anti histamines far less prominent. And when you are more active and just want them for other reasons the effect is not nearly as drowsy as that of some other sources of magnesium that ive tried like citrates. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Good quality, and the ingredients don't hurt your stomach so I can take it either before bed or in the morning! I've noticed an improvement with my sleep when I do take them so I will keep these on auto ship!
