very good quality and packaging. as its benefits, I am sleeping well and my colon movements are much better.

Softgels are awesome, they are small and don't get stuck in the throat - yay! I take them at night , haven't really noticed sleeping is any better though - maybe it takes time to work? But good all rounder for magnesium complex so happy.

The ingredients are of quality and the size is not bad. The bottle is glass which is a nice feel. It helps with my restless leg syndrome. No taste to it so that is always a plus. Helps with muscle and joints as well. All around great benefits i will continue to buy.

Very good complex of magnesium. And the softgels are of very normal size, so there were no problems to take it!

I am sorry to say this product is not for me. I am sure it is good but I do not like soft gel capsules. I found another product on iherb that suits me better.Sorry Nobi Nutrition!
