Suffering from long term fatigue, I decided to try this supplement. I'm not B12 deficient because I'm always supplementing it and doing blood work. I bought it mainly for the PQQ. Having said so, after 2 months my energy levels didn't improve, but I can't say there's any problem with this brand's quality, because fatigue can come from many different places and I suspect mine comes from burnout.
