My husband selected this brand of zinc b/c it also has copper and the reviews were good. Unfortunately it didn't sit well on his stomach, but he's very sensitive ;) I, on the other hand, haven't had any problems. I can't say for sure if they "work" but I haven't been sick much lately, so...
The quality and the ingredients is really good, but it can't disturb my stomach so I should be careful when to take it ,size is mid not big , taste is not that good after a while on the mouth
