Quality supplement for a great price, my husband and I use this mainly to replenish ourselves after hard workouts. We lift weights and then do MMA/kickboxing type sparring, in an outside gym in Thailand, so its important the muscles get extra Taurine, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium and Protein post work out.
