Great flavor and healthy ingredients. Great for breakfast or as a topping or just a crunchy snack while trying to eat healthier. Tastes slightly sweet, not overly sweet. Package is 8oz size ziplock bag says 6 servings at 1/2 cup each serving.

The maple pecan taste is nice but overpowered by the monkfruit nasty aftertaste. I don’t like stevia but hoped monkfruit would be neutral. Sadly, that is not the case. I won’t be purchasing this product again.
