It tastes strange, but the important thing is that it's a supplement, and the benefits are paramount. Omega-3 is essential, the package is large, the ingredients are good, and the quality in terms of support isn't great. I don't think it's fishy, and I think it's suitable for someone 18 and for hair. As for cholesterol and inflammation, I don't know.

It doesn't bother adults, but the kids couldn't eat it. Maybe it's the slightly peculiar honey scent? I don't think there's any problem with the ingredients. It's all down to your preference!
