Have only used this conditioner once so far (this morning), but it worked amazingly to soften and smooth my hair after applying a purple shampoo. I like that it contains almost no protein (only soy extract) as my hair is protein sensitive and I was looking only for moisture. Will continue using regularly!
This is the absolute best hair mask I've used yet. It's especially great for colored hair. Don't need too much product. Hair stylist recommended to squish into hair & avoid the scalp. Leave in for 5+ mins. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Remember a little goes a long way. Hardly any scent. All at. great price, too! Update: Now using this as a full body moisturizer after applying to hair. Wait 3-5 mins. Rinse hair &n body. Wow! You'll feel soft & gorgeous all over, truly. Use it also as an in-shower body moisturizer, especially for sensitive skin. Need very little & skin feels fabulous all over. rinse with lukewarm, water. Highly recommend this hair mask without reservation.
Scent is ok, I use it once a week, it do contain protein so it is good for the low porosity hair, its composition is thick so you don’t take much at once, lasts for a long time. Size is good for the price. Packaging is good. I don’t put it on my scalp because it is sensitive but I don’t think it can harm the scalp.
I love Giovanni but this hair mask didn’t work well for me. I have thick straight bleached highlights Asian hair. My hair is a bit dry due to bleaching. I hoped this hair mask moisturizes my hair but not really. The moment I applied the mask on my hair, my hair is dry. I won’t buy it again.

I highly recommend Giovanni products, they put a great deal of thought in their products, This product is good when you may need strength added to your hair, It was the brand and packaging that drew me to this product, and glad I chose this. a very very good mask, it makes my hair rubberish as a texture, very elastic and strong, not really that hydrating, but for sure a good one for strenght, solid composition, nice smell and good quality package
Has a nice neutral scent to it. I use it once a week to hydrate and moisturize my hair. It works so good on my wavy hair!
This is actually a pretty generous amount and I like this Giovanni brand. It does not have any distinctive smell or anything. I add it into my henna so when I rinse the henna doesn't tangle or pull at my hair so much. I have very long hair and still think this will work for 5 or 6 times.
I personally clip my hair to 1mm every week, but this was a purchase for my teen daughter. She uses it regularly, she likes it and her hair is clean and shiny so I can't complain.
